Michał Staniewski was born on the 2nd of January, 1983, in Poznan, where he lived, studied and worked until the age of twenty-five. His first passion was dance. Michal began his adventure with break-dancing on the pavements of the city of Poznan, barely at fifteen years old. He already knew by then, that only photography would provide him with the ability to capture those unforgettable but fleeting moments of his journey with dance and all the people who shared his adventures. That's why he decided to capture his own history through photos that until this day bring back old memories and make his friends smile.
However his true commitment to the field began after he moved to London and bought his first professional Nikon camera, of which he dreamed of as a teenager. That’s when he completely devoted himself to the art of photography. It quickly turned out to be his biggest passion and quite a talent as well. Thanks to his determination and perseverance, Michal gained knowledge about the craft and computer graphics on the level of professional, valued photographers. This also bought him respect among his clients, which include models, artists, fashion designers and many types of businesses.
