Mark Hamilton (b. 1957, Brooklyn, USA) is a working artist & educator based in South Carolina. His fine art works have been exhibited internationally and are in both corporate and private collections. Mark Hamilton's work is published in over 50 international publications. Mark is a tenured Professor of Fine Arts at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He attended Parsons School of Design (NYC) and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Previous teaching assignments include the New School for Social Research and The School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York City. Hamilton is a former recipient of the prestigious Renaissance Photo Prize (Best Image on Film), which is awarded annually in London.
