About
For centuries people of Holland have worked the landscape in the ongoing struggle against water to keep their feet dry. By studying archives and old maps I look for the remnants of their work, many still functioning today. They make this landscape very interesting and I try to tell their story in series of photos using the ever-changing Dutch light and atmosphere at various moments of the day and seasons.
