Fattah Zinouri

About

I was born in 1984 in an artist family in Tehran, Iran. My father was a musician and my mother a painter. Under the influence of my artist parents, it inspired me to become a nature lover; hence I found a tendency towards photography from my early childhood. I started to take photos with my small Zenith camera. I used to take pictures everywhere and from everything. After receiving my high school diploma, I entered university in the Anthropology major. Being an Anthropologist and a professional photographer, I used this great opportunity for becoming familiar with a variety of cultures and communities. My themes of photography mainly include women, due to their delicacy, and war, as I grew in a country where that was plunged in a devastating war which lasted for 8 years.
